She also spent a month in Atlanta covering the WNBA Atlanta Dream for SB Nation's Swish Appeal.

Maddy wrapped up her college career as an anchor and reporter for the Emmy award-winning program

"Centre County Report" broadcast in 29 counties. She also worked for Penn State Athletics and the Big Ten Network as a Live Production and BTN Student U Intern assisting with the production of Penn State sporting events for live streams and video boards.

"THON" is the largest student-run philanthropy in the world and has raised $136+ million. Madeliene served as a member of the Communications Committee her freshman year. The following year she was selected to serve on the prestigious Entertainment Committee of only 30 students campus wide.

She spent summer '14 in Atlanta with Coca-Cola Studios working as a Video Production Intern. Some of the highlights included assisting producers and videographers on set and conducting research for new projects. While Madeliene was in Atlanta, she also worked as a Project Management Intern at Brunner, a leading independent advertising agency.

Through other on-campus involvements, Madeliene was able to carry out her passion for the industry while attending Penn State. As a member of PSNtv, the only student-run television network at the university, she participated in several shows as a reporter, host and studio crew member. Prior to her television experience, Madeliene was a student reporter and anchor for ComRadio News, where her favorite job was conducting interviews for the live radio broadcast.
